- organization of team work
- clarification of current discrepancies between the stock and the actual state.
- checking the conformity of the goods with the description, EAN number, product group, etc.;
- quality control when receiving goods
- identifying and reporting system issues to appropriate support departments
- coordinating the work of the team
- supervising the implementation of the plan admissions/shipments according to customer requirements
- implementation and training new employees
- supervision of work in accordance with the HSE and safety and fire protection principles
- completing the records of working time of subordinate employees
- management of the technical infrastructure of the warehouse
- systems operation for WMS and TMS
- employee evaluation
- team management skills
- experience in working in a warehouse (as a leader, foreman)
- minimum secondary education
- knowledge of health and safety / fire protection regulations and the basics of labor law
- good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- knowledge of WMS systems
- ability to work under time pressure and communication skills
- readiness to work in a shifts
- communicative English
