Our client is a global sustainability leader in healthcare/life sciences markets, with a GBS hub in Cracow.

Opis stanowiska

• Manage income tax accounting under both US GAAP and statutory standards for entities in the region, coordinating with external tax service providers on tax preparation, digital tools usage, tax memos, and alignment with the Global Tax Reporting team.
• Manage statutory financial statement and tax processes, including external auditor requests, interactions with local authorities, and statutory financial statement and tax audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of annual income tax returns by providing reliable data and coordinating the review and finalization with external tax service providers.
• Ensure completion of statutory financial statements by providing accurate data and coordinating reviews with the regional statutory auditor network.
• Collaborate with Finance (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Public Reporting), Transfer Pricing, and Legal teams to ensure accounting, business, statutory, and tax developments are reflected in income tax returns and statutory financial statements
• Monitor income tax payments and related income tax payable accounts.
• Support interactions with tax authorities in coordination with local teams.
• Assist with collecting information and documentation required by US and local tax teams and local authorities.
• Support technology, automation, and process standardization initiatives within scope.

Profil kandydata

• Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Tax, or Accounting roles.
• Experience in income tax returns, indirect tax, or statutory accounting.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain tax and statutory concepts to non‑tax stakeholders.
