About the Role
Part of State Street Bank International (SSBI) Oversight for State Street Markets Operations, this position will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the administration of this business structure, especially in relation to SSBI Outsourcing requirements. The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Business as it relates to Outsourcing Oversight across various Markets business areas in SSBI.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, balancing work from home and office as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Outsourcing topics for State Street Markets team in SSBI, serving as main point of contact with SSBI Outsourcing Office, Compliance, etc.
- Provide outsourcing related training to State Street Markets Business in SSBI, including policy, standard updates and regulatory updates.
- Assist the Business with administrative tasks related to outsourcing topics, such as monitoring & testing, auditor reviews.
- Administer SSBI Markets evidence related to outsourcing (SLAs, meeting minutes, decks, procedures).
- Perform checks to ensure quality and compliance of SSBI Markets with outsourcing requirements.
- Maintain State Street Markets outsourcing inventory for SSBI.
- Follow up on action items related to outsourcing governance issues and incidents.
- Ensure outsourcing documentation is complete and updated.
- Perform internal controls through the lifecycle of outsourcing arrangements (planning, implementation, monitoring, management).
- Take corrective or remedial action when shortcomings in outsourced functions are identified.
- Inform stakeholders promptly of material shortcomings in outsourced functions.
- Co‑participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products within the department.

Additional Requirements
