About Energy & Renewables at PwC Polska

Our team consists of experts passionate about energy, primarily renewable sources. We provide broad business consulting on energy-related topics, serving clients from the energy sector, large corporations, industrial electricity consumers, investment funds, banks, and renewable energy developers. Our projects include renewable energy, decarbonization, energy storage, energy trading, and related markets such as electric vehicles, hydrogen, and circular economy. We offer strategic, transactional (M&A), and analytical services to clients in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe.

We are looking for:

Senior Consultant / Senior Consultantka

Your future role:

• Participate actively in green energy contract negotiations, such as cPPA
• Manage selected streams in developing green energy procurement strategies for large consumers
• Manage small teams of consultants/analysts
• Present project work to clients
• Develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding into areas like energy storage and electromobility
• Support M&A process streams
• Conduct numerical analyses, feasibility studies, business plans, and long-term energy price forecasts
• Work mainly on renewable sources, energy storage, hydrogen, conventional energy, and energy trading
• Engage in analytical work across various projects in the sector

Apply if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, or the energy sector
• Desire to develop sector-specific knowledge
• Analytical skills to identify and solve problems
• Fluent Polish and English skills
• Strong analytical, communication skills, and full engagement
• Sector knowledge is welcome but not essential
