Responsibilities
- Active establishment and maintenance of direct relationships with B2B clients.
- Assess the usefulness of Predictive Solutions software for clients.
- Plan and lead as a sales process leader for software offered by Predictive Solutions, including:
- Presenting software capabilities to clients with their needs in mind.
- Seeking support from experienced team members as needed.
- Conducting negotiations.
- Deepen knowledge of sold solutions and identify functionalities requiring adaptation to client needs.
- Collaborate in planning and executing marketing activities.
Growth potential in directing sales projects delivering and implementing dedicated IT systems.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in software sales.
- Documented sales successes.
- General understanding of IT topics (operating systems, databases, web technologies, etc.) enabling business discussions.
- Higher education.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Ability to present and negotiate in business contexts.
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Good command of English.
- Category B driving license.
- Determination to continuously improve qualifications.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of using software for data analysis, statistics, AI.
- Experience in roles outside of sales.
Personal attributes and teamwork
- Analytical thinking.
- Interest in mathematics, AI, statistics, and IT in general.
- Enjoy reading, board games, or basketball.
- Commitment to work during core hours and long-term employment mindset.
- Resilience to stress in a sales team context.
Work mode
Partially remote work; partially office-based. Kraków/Warsaw travel.
