With a few solid years of experience in IT recruitment under your belt, you know what makes a great recruitment process tick. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take full ownership of IT recruitment projects and work closely with both our internal teams and clients.
Sourcing candidates that match the defined profile using both internal ATS systems and external platforms (LinkedIn, social media, databases, networking, etc.),
Managing candidates throughout the entire recruitment process – from first contact to offer stage,
Has at least 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (either in an agency or in-house),
Is confident running end-to-end recruitment processes independently,
Is well-organized, communicative, and results-driven.
