Track, measure, improve - use data, ATS systems, and your recruiter intuition to make sure we’re getting better every day. If you have... Solid experience in recruitment - ideally in IT ! English and Polish on a level that lets you talk to candidates with ease (C1+ in English) . Confidence in using modern, AI-driven recruitment tools - you’re not afraid of testing new solutions .
