Your responsibilities

  • Defining standards and best practices for front-end development with React and implementing them across the organization.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with UI/UX guidelines, performance optimization and other relevant standards.
  • Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other frontend developers in the team.
  • Training and mentoring junior and mid-level developers to deepen their understanding of React and improve their skills.
  • Actively participate in solving complex technical frontend challenges through coding and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business goals.


Our requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in front-end development with React, ideally in an enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of React specifications and experience in developing and optimizing engaging user interfaces.
  • Proven experience in defining UI/UX standards, performance optimization and best practices for React.
  • Excellent skills in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Experience in training and mentoring front-end developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges in the front-end space.
  • Team player and good communication skills to work effectively with other teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, including in an agile environment.
