• As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll join a cross-functional team of talented engineers, product managers, and designers. You will shape the technical strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality software while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.
• Stack: React, Kotlin/Java, cloud experience, technical leadership experience
• Salary: 30 000 PLN - 38 000 PLN gross on the Contract of Employment
• Working model: Hybrid - 3 days/week from the office

• Drive technical initiatives to build robust, maintainable, and scalable systems.
• Actively contribute to architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical strategy.
• Balance delivery speed with maintaining code quality and system integrity.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Program Management to deliver roadmap goals.
• Align business and technical priorities, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
• Identify dependencies and proactively remove blockers across teams.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong skills in Java/Kotlin, React, JavaScript, and cloud.
• Experience delivering production-grade applications and scalable solutions.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and align stakeholders effectively.
• Passion for learning, innovation, and building elegant, high-quality software.
