  • We are hiring on behalf of our client, a global innovator in fitness and wellness technology. Their mission is to empower people to live fit, strong, long, and happy lives by delivering integrated experiences to millions of members anytime, anywhere.
  • As part of their continued expansion in Poland, we’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer. You will join the team that builds the backend services behind music ingestion, metadata processing, content catalogue management, and music delivery to user-facing applications — including a new Swift-based app developed in Poland.
  • we also work with: Docker, Kubernetes, GraphQL, AWS (S3, SQS, Lambda), NServiceBus / RabbitMQ
  • Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days weekly from the office

responsibilities :


  • Build and maintain services and APIs powering music ingest, metadata processing, class planning tools, and music playback features.
  • Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on scalability.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical planning.
  • Contribute to evolving the microservices ecosystem with simplicity, reliability, and performance in mind.
  • Promote CI/CD, automation, monitoring, logging, and high-quality engineering practices.
  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of the codebase through refactoring, reviews, and pair programming.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and QA to deliver impactful features.
  • Become a subject-matter expert in how music pipelines and catalogue systems operate.

requirements-expected :


  • 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in C# /.NET (core requirement).
  • Nice to have: experience with Java or Kotlin, and/or exposure to Swift.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a plus, but not required).
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and cloud-based environments.
  • Ability to design and build maintainable, scalable services.
  • Message bus technologies: NServiceBus, RabbitMQ, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Curiosity, proactiveness, and a desire to grow as part of a cross-functional team.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
