As part of their continued expansion in Poland, we’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer. You will join the team that builds the backend services behind music ingestion, metadata processing, content catalogue management, and music delivery to user-facing applications — including a new Swift-based app developed in Poland.

Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days weekly from the office
responsibilities :
Build and maintain services and APIs powering music ingest, metadata processing, class planning tools, and music playback features.
Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on scalability.
Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical planning.
Contribute to evolving the microservices ecosystem with simplicity, reliability, and performance in mind.
Promote CI/CD, automation, monitoring, logging, and high-quality engineering practices.
Ensure the reliability and integrity of the codebase through refactoring, reviews, and pair programming.
Work closely with Product, Design, and QA to deliver impactful features.
Become a subject-matter expert in how music pipelines and catalogue systems operate.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
Strong proficiency in C# /.NET (core requirement).
Nice to have: experience with Java or Kotlin, and/or exposure to Swift.
Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a plus, but not required).
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and cloud-based environments.
Ability to design and build maintainable, scalable services.
Message bus technologies: NServiceBus, RabbitMQ, or similar.
Strong communication skills in English.
Curiosity, proactiveness, and a desire to grow as part of a cross-functional team.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
