responsibilities :


  • Lead software architecture and design for Connected Navigation components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Address complex challenges collaboratively with stakeholders and partners, prioritizing scalability.
  • Offer technical guidance to the team, facilitating feature delivery and system components.
  • Translate system requirements into well-designed technical solutions for iterative implementation.
  • Prioritize operational excellence through observability implementation and support for operational artifacts.
  • Develop robust, scalable applications using suitable cloud stacks and languages.
  • Support team growth through onboarding, mentoring, and moderation.

requirements-expected :


  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 6 to 9 years of programming experience in a professional environment.
  • Software development expertise in one or more high-level programming languages and frameworks (Java, C++, Node.js, Python).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with navigation systems, including client/server and Internet technologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud technology.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in automotive navigation.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, and organization skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" mentality.
  • Ability to make timely decisions in the face of uncertainties and incomplete information.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and locations.
  • Experience working with global teams and suppliers, accommodating global time zones.
