We are looking for a Staff SDET to join the Banking-as-a-Service team of our client in the banking sector. In this technical leadership role, you will help shape the future of testing by defining and implementing strategies, principles, and best practices that drive exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

• An excellent understanding of various test methodologies, alongside the use of automated test frameworks, mocking, stubbing and testing tools.
• Hands-on experience with ReactNative, front-end test automation frameworks and integrating these into the continuous deployment pipeline.
• Experience in software performance and automated security testing techniques and tooling.
• Experience leading Quality Engineers defining and achieving shared goals.
• Experience delivering and testing distributed microservices as part of an agile team.

Nice to have:

• Awareness of cloud infrastructure and configuration.
• Experience in Event Driven Architecture.
