We’re seeking a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will work on high-impact AI initiatives across our marketing engine and SaaS products, focusing on automation and innovation using AI and large language models, primarily with AWS SageMaker. You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape company strategy, explore ambitious ideas, and develop novel AI applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, Develop, and Train ML Models: Build and fine-tune models to solve complex business challenges.
2. Data Collection, Preparation, and Feature Engineering: Gather and preprocess data for model training.
3. Model Evaluation, Validation, and Optimization: Ensure models meet performance standards and scale effectively.
4. Deploy and Maintain ML Models in Production: Implement and monitor models for continuous impact.
5. Explore Agentic AI and RAG Applications: Contribute to research in autonomous AI workflows leveraging external knowledge sources.
6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
7. Develop and Maintain Data Pipelines: Support ongoing model training and updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI/ML with impactful solutions
• Hands-on expertise with traditional ML techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning)
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with LLM technologies and embeddings
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with distributed teams
• Team-player attitude and willingness to share knowledge
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AI applications for digital marketing
• Bachelor’s or higher in relevant fields; advanced degrees preferred
• Research experience in AI/ML approaches
