You’ll tackle performance-critical systems, apply domain-driven design and use modern architecture patterns. Whether it’s designing a GraphQL API, or optimizing cross-border flows, your contributions will have both technical depth and business relevance. You’ll take real ownership of your work and help shape technical direction.
As a Staff Engineer youll help shape Centras platform by leading the technical design and long-term vision for your teams domain ensuring its proper place in the application architecture to allow flexible and fast growth. Youll write clean code, mentor and grow our engineers, establishing best practices and raising the bar for technical excellence across the entire engineering organization. Youll partner with Engineering and Product Managers to identify future technical needs and help shape the long-term technical roadmap.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong experience with PHP and software engineering best practices.
