• Lead the development and maintenance of Order Management System features using Golang.
• Design and implement efficient backend services in Golang.
• Optimize database queries with PostgreSQL/Google Spanner.
• Collaborate with teams to define system requirements and ensure high-quality design.
• Monitor system performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Work with DevOps to automate deployment and manage infrastructure.
• Stay updated with microservices and cloud-native trends.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for production systems.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the Scrum team.

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Golang.
• Proficient in Golang with deep knowledge of backend technologies and performance optimization.
• Strong skills in database design, SQL optimization, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with microservices, cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and high-traffic systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with QA processes in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
