What you will do?

• Design and develop dynamic user interfaces using React and Angular.
• Create responsive web designs for exceptional user experiences across devices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless performance.
• Lead frontend projects, mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices.
• Implement full-stack architectures that integrate frontend and backend services effectively.
• Embrace and promote Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and test automation.
• Identify and escalate issues that may impact project success.
• Document software programs for clarity and future maintenance.
• Engage in system analysis and design to drive performance improvements.
• Participate in project estimation and planning to ensure realistic timelines.
• Conduct customer training to enhance software utilization.
• Research and introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Evaluate design alternatives to implement optimal solutions.
• Contribute to coding standards and policies for software construction.

We are looking for you if you have:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong portfolio in React and Angular.
• Expertise in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and object model comprehension.
• Familiarity with React workflows, such as Redux, Context API, and React Hooks.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest and quality assurance practices.
• Skilled in form management tools like Formik and data-fetching techniques using Axios.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Knowledge of common front-end development tools like Webpack and NPM.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies, particularly CI/CD and test automation, to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
