We’ve recently established a new area called GTM (Go-To-Market) , which oversees the entire funnel for Acquisition, Engagement, and Upselling/Cross-Selling for our doctors and clinics. GTM is organized into three groups, each encompassing multiple teams: Integrations, Patient Flywheel, and Product-Led Growth (PLG) . These groups work closely together as a unified area, fostering frequent collaboration to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
Role
As a Staff Engineer in this area, you’ll be fully responsible and accountable for leading impactful and complex cross-group and cross-area technical initiatives , ensuring high-quality solutions with high operational standards. You’ll also actively partner with Engineering Managers and UX counterparts to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole. The role reports directly to the Engineering Director.
We are committed to continuous improvement, open feedback, and working efficiently towards our goals. This role provides an opportunity to actively contribute to the technical direction of the area.
Our tech stack at Docplanner Tech includes .Net, PHP, and Vue/ReactNative, running on Kubernetes in AWS. While expertise in these technologies isn’t required, this is a very technical and hands-on role, for which strong communication skills and experience influencing technical decisions are also essential to effectively support the teams.
