The role of the Staff Development Facilitator (SDF) is crucial in improving the delivery of nursing care. This involves providing practical assistance and support to nursing staff in acquiring knowledge and skills, enabling them to identify expected patient outcomes, develop care plans, evaluate conditions, and actively participate in individualized care and treatment plans.
