The role

As a Staff Data Analyst, you’ll own end‑to‑end data quality, governance, and observability for digital tracking across all markets. What You’ll Do

  • Maintain your team’s data catalogue and delivery documentation.
  • Collaborate with data product managers and engineers to create reusable data products.
  • Gather requirements and define project objectives, using project‑management skills to plan and execute data‑driven projects.
  • Partner across the senior product organisation to set strategic priorities and promote evidence‑based decision‑making.
  • Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organisation.
  • Explore and analyse customer behaviour and product performance data to detect growth opportunities for the HelloFresh digital product.
  • Guide and mentor other Product Analysts, defining best practices and providing support.
  • Review technical implementations across domains, continuously improving deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive quantitative analysis experience, ideally with at least 5 years working closely with product teams.
  • Expert‑level SQL and Python skills for analysis and manipulation of large data sets.
  • Expert knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience setting up A/B experiments, interpreting results, and deep‑dive analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex business problems as analytical problems.
  • Leadership of complex projects, capability building, and mentorship.
  • A change mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Outcome‑oriented, aligning stakeholders to create business value through actionable insights.

What We Offer

  • Private health insurance from day one.
  • Hybrid working schedule – office 4 days a week with flexible hours.
  • 26 days of paid vacation per year.
  • Annual learning & development budget and mentoring program.
  • Employee referral program with bonus for successful candidates.
