The person stepping into this position will be responsible for shaping an environment where cross‑functional teams can operate efficiently, collaborate effectively, and deliver high‑quality services. This role also partners closely with functional leaders to support operational excellence, drive efficiency, and enable scalable growth across the service portfolio. The company will extend its structures to one of the offices located in Warsaw, Katowice, Wrocław or Kraków.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong operational ecosystem that attracts talent and ensures compliance with internal and external standards.
- Lead the successful setup, expansion, and integration of the EMEA entity within the broader global structure.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and ensure alignment between global and regional stakeholders.
- Monitor performance indicators and support continuous improvement to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
- Strengthen leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
- Champion organisational values and promote a unified vision across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in shared services, global business services, or similar corporate environments.
- Fluent English (C1), German is a plus.
- Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams in complex, multinational settings.
- Expertise in service delivery, transformation, and process optimisation.
- Solid understanding of automation, and AI‑driven solutions.
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build engagement, develop talent, and drive results through strong leadership.
