We’re looking for a Senior Webflow Developer for a high-quality patient care company with multiple thriving locations in New York and South Florida and plans for further expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and focus on utilizing the Webflow platform to create visually stunning and functional websites.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using the Webflow platform
- Collaborate with designers to implement website designs and ensure a seamless user experience
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in web development and design.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers
Requirements:
- Technical bachelors degree e.g., in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Web Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Webflow platform
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong command of English and good communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
