At Webfleet Solutions, we’re looking for an Sr Supply Chain Administrator in Warsaw who will act as a key liaison between operations, purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure product availability, minimize disruptions, and uphold service-level commitments. In this role a solid understanding of ERP systems, data analysis, and supply chain best practices is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Here’s a little taste of your challenge:

  • Regularly review inventory levels to ensuring stock availability aligns with sales requirements.

  • Ensure all customer orders are accurately entered into the systems (e.g., SAP), processed within agreed SLAs and shipped based on delivery deadlines.

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on‑time order fulfilment and cost‑effective delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Planning, Procurement) to ensure timely material availability and compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, or product availability issues.

  • Prepare reports and analytics on supply chain performance indicators such as lead times, inventory levels, and cost variances.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Support supply chain audits, system updates, and projects within the supply chain operations.

  • Support the sales teams as the prime point of contact for customers’ order status.

  • Report directly into the Supply Chain Manager.

Who are you?

There is no set route to become a Sr Supply Chain Administrator, but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to improve them when required.

  • Confident and have experience working in a B2B environment.

  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI.

  • Stress‑resistant under pressure;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • You are solution oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international and dynamic environment.
