Sr. Software Development Manager, Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)

DESCRIPTION

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, building and deploying large-scale solutions based on Generative AI and Large Language Models.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead multiple teams of software engineers, language engineers, and researchers, ensuring innovation, technical excellence, and timely delivery.

You will be a key person in executing the vision and roadmap for Amazons conversational AI, crafting products that delight Amazons customers.

Key job responsibilities

1. Lead AI Engineering in model integration, optimization, large-scale cloud services and SW life-cycle management.
2. Drive alignment and execution of key business goals in speech and audio synthesis.
3. Define technology stack, guide and review key architectural decisions.
4. Hire exceptional individuals and mentor team members in reaching their career goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. 10+ years of SW engineering experience
2. 5+ years of SW engineering team management experience
3. Successful track record of delivering complex, large-scale cloud SW services (AWS/GCS/Azure)
4. Excellent prioritization and collaboration skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Masterss degree in computer science or equivalent
2. Experience in working with transformer architectures
3. Excellent problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment
