Responsibilities

The Senior Project Specialist is responsible for maintaining and coordinating the logistical aspects of clinical projects, and provides overall support to functional leads to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.

Senior Project Specialist based in Warsaw (immediate start). The role will support administrative task for Medical Monitoring Unit and Process & Learning.

• Main Tasks:
• Administrative: Sr Mgt presentations and slide decks support (advanced PPT)
• Meetings, Travel Coordination and organizing logistics
• Calendar and Events management for Executive Director and Team
• Project Assistance for MMU/CODAL
• Supplier liaison and support (Procurement process)

• Process & Learning: Administrative tasks for organization of training sessions in COM Academy for a group of 300 Employees
• training sessions scheduling activities
• managing invitations
• tracking participation and training documentation records
• coordinating updates of relevant training sessions data in LMS (Cornerstone and Degreed)

Summary

The Senior Project Specialist is responsible for maintaining and coordinating the logistical aspects of clinical projects, and provides overall support to functional leads to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables. The Senior Project Specialist supports the Project Lead to ensure the contracted services and expectations of assigned projects are carried out by the project teams in accordance with contracts and customer requirements. Operate independently, with minimal day to day oversight, and may coordinate the activities of Project Specialists.
