Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Content Management to join our team in Krakow.

In this position, you will oversee systems and processes for marketing content production, distribution, and drive the vision for the content supply chain. This role includes managing initiatives in Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and marketing workflows. Key responsibilities involve establishing robust content governance frameworks, enhancing accessibility, and improving operational efficiency through organizational collaboration, automation, and AI technologies.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross-functional teams and reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing and Innovation, you will have the opportunity to:



  1. Content Supply Chain Leadership: Develop and execute a content management strategy aligned with business objectives, integrating PIM and DAM systems into broader strategies while staying updated on industry trends.
  2. Content Governance and Taxonomy: Establish governance policies, tagging, and taxonomy frameworks to ensure consistency and quality, implementing best practices for metadata management.
  3. Content Accessibility and User Experience: Promote user-friendly content portals, collaborate on content syndication strategies, and enhance content distribution for improved user experiences.
  4. Operational Efficiency and Innovation: Streamline workflows, manage marketing systems, oversee localization, and implement automation and AI to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Team Development and Collaboration: Mentor a high-performing team and ensure cross-functional alignment with marketing, sales, and product teams to maximize content impact.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  1. Demonstrated knowledge in PIM and DAM systems, content governance, and operational efficiencies, with solid experience in content management systems and processes.
  2. Very good understanding of automation and AI applications in content management.
  3. Experience in international, matrix organizations, managing a broad range of stakeholders.
  4. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  5. Strong team spirit, ability to build relationships and lead by influence.
  6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
  7. Certification in a DAM or PIM system (or similar) desirable.
