Our IT End User Services team provides technical support worldwide, including desktop and audio/video support, onboarding, application configuration, and event support. The Senior IT Support Engineer will join a talented global team, managing and resolving issues related to mobile, desktop, audio/video, network, and telecommunications to keep employees productive. This role involves mentoring peers, leading projects, and influencing technology decisions affecting employees worldwide.

What Youll Do

  1. Troubleshoot and support all IT end-user issues: mobile, desktop, audio/video, peripherals, etc.
  2. Manage procurement, assets, and inventory for hardware and software.
  3. Collaborate across departments like Facilities, Sales, and Engineering.
  4. Coordinate IT communication between headquarters and remote offices.
  5. Perform system imaging, configure applications, and enforce security policies.
  6. Provide daily onsite office support.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with Lenovo and Apple hardware.
  • Understanding of networking concepts; network certification is a plus.
  • Experience with voice/video conferencing solutions like Zoom or RingCentral is a plus.
  • Committed to continuous learning and skill development.
  • High energy, passion, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certifications in desktop OS (Mac certification preferred), project management (PMP preferred), or networking are a plus.
