responsibilities :
Test Automation – lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scripts
Test Case Development – analyse requirement, define criteria, create test, develop automated script
Test Execution – execute and oversee automated test suites, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and identifying areas for improvement
Defect Management – identify, report, track and collaborate with development for resolution
Mentoring - mentor junior team members, providing guidance on test automation techniques, programming languages, and tools
Documentation and Technical Knowledge – build team’s awareness, competencies and skills
Continuous Improvement – drive the adoption of best practices in test automation, including code reviews, test design, and performance optimization.
Collaboration – work closely with software engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders to define testing strategies and requirements
requirements-expected :
Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Testing and 4 years in Test Automation
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and practises in software development
Very good spoken and written English (B2)
Knowledge of Testing Tools: Jenkins, Selenium
Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript (Advance level)
Experience with CI testing systems (Jenkins, Github Action)
Knowledge of the most common test results analysis tools (Allure, XRay)
Willingness and solid attitude to take initiative and responsibility
Excellent communication skills
Experience in hardware testing and configuration
