We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Katowice. In this role you will drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes.

You will collaborate with senior managers and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies. Your impact will be improving customer satisfaction and ensuring a world‑class customer experience.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of customer experience initiatives.

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • 2 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience in customer experience management is preferred.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
