Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with trading‑floor Quants in the fixed‑income and credit‑derivatives space, with some overlap with FX. The ideal candidate will have led similar overhauls at other investment banks.

Key responsibilities:

• Define, document, and communicate detailed business requirements across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical teams and architectural leads to ensure high‑quality solution delivery.
• project‑management functions, tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders, senior management, and the Rates/Credit Programme Manager.
• Maintain Epics and User Stories in alignment with the Roadmap, building user‑story content for development and QA teams.
• Apply Agile methodology, engaging in sprint cadences and scrum activities.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Experience working with Quants and knowledge of pricing and analytics libraries for Fixed Income Bonds, Swaps, Credit Derivatives, and FX.
• High‑level technical knowledge, able to collaborate with technical teams in a cloud‑based, low‑latency architecture.
• Proven experience in requirements definition and gathering in a formal structured IT project environment.
• Exposure to Agile requirements gathering and scrum/sprint cadences.
• Project‑management skills, including tracking and communication to stakeholders and senior management.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Demonstrated history of leading similar overhauls at investment banks.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
