Summary:

As a Senior Analyst IT in Regional MES , the position will support the manufacturing area in Analysis, Design, Technology recommendation, Development, Testing & Implementation, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement of computer systems and databases within the MES domain area & systems integration landscape.

Able to create deliverables for managing the organizations portfolio of "to be" and "as is" solutions — including systems (applications, processes, and information) and components to enable and drive targeted business outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Own medium/Large size projects, demonstrate strong technical knowledge, handle complex problems, and possess strong process knowledge & development skills.
2. Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business goals.
3. Create architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across products, services, projects, and systems.
4. Create detailed written technical specifications and lead proposal, analysis, and detailed design activities on large projects.
5. Provide expert subject matter expertise on the design, development, and support aspects of MES domain area & system integrations.
6. Analyze complex functional specifications & aim for simplifying problems/tasks within the global MES domain area.
7. Act as the primary contact for MES & other IT-Manufacturing systems, optimizing software and hardware resources.
8. Ensure the stability and reliability of systems, leading changes, or adjustments, along with user training.
9. Provide effective user support, responding promptly to requests aligned with the support model adopted by the Company.

Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with information models and Healthcare industry data standards.
2. Experience in gathering input from and communicating ideas to clients and key stakeholders.
3. Ability to analyze production and administrative processes, prioritize work and deliverables.
4. Demonstrated ability to build and translate Functional specifications into actionable deliverables.
5. Ability to work in a team setting, focusing on details and quality.
6. Ability to provide broad and deep technical leadership for strategic efforts.
7. Ability to understand emerging technology trends and disruptions.
8. Ability to learn fast and adapt to changes.
9. Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant discipline.
2. 4+ years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization.
3. Database skills on DB2; SQL & Oracle.
4. Coding skills on Dot NET; Visual C; HTML; Java.
5. Validation lifecycle & Data Integrity principles knowledge.
6. English language proficiency (at least 80%) & Spanish.
