Overview

Join to apply for the Sr. Analyst, Compliance Monitoring role at Biogen. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, within the GBS Compliance Control Tower team and focuses on Digital Communications Monitoring. You will manage and analyze large datasets, ensure compliance with industry guidelines and internal policies, support governance within the Compliance Program, build relationships with Global Compliance, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.

By contributing to Biogens high standards of compliance, you will be an integral part of our organizational structure and help maintain the integrity of our operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct compliance monitoring activities under the defined scope.
  • Manage and analyze large amounts of data efficiently.
  • Utilize modern technologies for effective monitoring.
  • Assess adherence to external industry guidelines and internal processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of monitoring results.
  • Build effective relationships with Global Compliance for necessary follow-up.
  • Provide regular reports on compliance results to key stakeholders.
  • Support additional tasks that enhance compliance governance.
  • Offer service-oriented support in stakeholder interactions.
  • Track and report KPIs and metrics related to compliance activities.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant education with a legal background.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in compliance monitoring or a similar role, ideally in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
  • Understanding of U.S. stakeholder landscape and work culture.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience (audit, GxP).
  • Ability to use modern technologies for monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with compliance in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements.
  • Experience in managing diverse compliance-related matters independently.

  • This role is in hybrid work model.
  • Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
