EcoVadis is currently seeking an Engineering Leader to take ownership of a high-impact product domain. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to Product Leadership, co-owning the roadmap, delivery, and business success of the product.
You will lead a large, cross-functional team (approx. 20 diverse engineering talents), driving the engineering vision for a core customer experience. This position requires a leader who combines deep technical expertise in B2B SaaS with a strong product mindset.

- 8+ years in software engineering, with significant experience in leadership roles managing large or multiple teams (experience leading groups of 15+ is highly valued).
- Deep technical expertise: Proven background in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of modern web application development and cloud platforms (experience with .NET Core, React, and Azure is an advantage).
- Product Mindset: Demonstrated success working in a dual-leadership setup (Product + Tech) and translating business requirements into technical strategy.
- Proven track record of building solutions and delivering strategic success, not just maintaining legacy systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1/C2), capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
