Commercial Insurance IT seeks multiple Guidewire Senior Developers to join our internal Commercial Insurance Guidewire Competency Team based in Kraków, which focuses on delivering a new end-to-end Guidewire insurance suite for use across multiple countries.
You will collaborate in an international team with other developers and architects along with business analysts, testers, and business stakeholders and support all our lines of business and market segments in Commercial Insurance.
As part of a dynamic project team spread across multiple locations develop and subsequently maintain a new end-to-end Guidewire platform.
☑ Working within a fast-paced agile framework, participate in new product development based on business requirements ensuring coding meets Guidewire standards.
☑ Build Guidewire development components and frameworks with maximum reusability in an international scope, where the business principles are the same but detailed processes may vary for each Country or Business Unit.
☑ Within the project development team suggest and share ideas, align with other developers, document methods of coding for specific topics to ensure transparency.
☑ Participate in ongoing unit testing and subsequent UAT (user acceptance testing) ensuring bugs are identified and correctly fixed within the project framework.
Knowledge of REST API, SOAP API, App Events, Git, Bickbucket, Teamcity, DataDog and SQL.
✅ Experience in migration projects, ideally within the insurance sector, is preferred.
