Responsibilities

• Become a brand ambassador for adidas, connecting with, engaging, and inspiring our customers in line with company values.
• Collaborate with the team to increase store sales and achieve set targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning, completing relevant trainings and applying them effectively at work.
• Foster a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

What We Value in Our People

• 1+ months of experience in customer service, preferably in sport or apparel.
• Flexible working hours and availability for 40 hours per week, including weekends (shift work).
• Understanding of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to increase sales.
• Advanced customer service and sales skills.
• Team player, able to work under time pressure, and eager to learn and curious.
• Communicative command of English.
• Very good command of Polish.
