Responsibilities
- Making detailed checks of clients’ betting patterns, reporting multiple accounts (potential Bonus Abusers) to our Risk Managers;
- Creating bonus plans, reporting issues with platform and creating tasks for Swat, adding top events and sport jackpots, helping with everything sportsbook related to other departments (support, CRM, etc.);
- Dealing with sportsbook related escalations from support in effective and timely manner;
- Checking sportsbook functionality on daily basis;
- Providing valuable information and suggestions for onsite “Top Events” and events for the onsite “Jackpots”;
- Support training of other employees;
- Helping with sportsbook configuration;
- Preparing daily market performance reports and providing them to the management;
- Monitoring the workload on CS, taking proactive actions and communicating with the management;
- Processing personal data requests from customers;
- Assisting customer support agents by serving as second-line customer escalations from various jurisdictions;
- Handling customer complaints;
- Escalating product issues via Jira;
- Checking whether the scheduled number of agents is online, taking into account the pre-planned breaks and email rotations.
