Your responsibilities:- Build and manage HUAWEI Health App community from scratch, develop tailored operational strategies and content plans.
- Plan and execute regular activities (e.g. online challenges, themed live broadcasts, local running groups) to boost user engagement and foster a sense of community.
- Actively participate in the group as a sports enthusiast, sharing valuable content (e.g. running tips, cycling gear reviews), creating localized media, continuously optimizing operational strategies based on activity and retention data, driving community growth.
Our requirements:- Bachelors degree or above in Sports Science, Health Management, Marketing or any related field.
- At least one year of previous experience in community building and social media.
- A passion for sports and enthusiasm for physical activity, with proficiency in at least one or two mainstream sports (e.g. running, cycling, fitness), supported by a strong training routine and solid professional knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of Polish sports culture, events, and community dynamics and previous experience in event organizing
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to engage and motivate others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English.
