Founded in 2024, we are the fastest growing operator of padel facilities in Poland. We own and operate two clubs (Warsaw Padel Club and Baltic Padel Club in Gdynia), and several more in the pipeline.

Do you like the thrill of closing the deal? Are you a born sales person with passion for sport? You have experience in a sales role and you’re looking to work in a more fun environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for the Sponsorships and Partnerships Director, reporting directly to the Founders to help scale our business. You will be responsible for signing new and managing existing partnerships in several of our padel facilities in Warsaw, Gdynia and more clubs in the pipeline.

What you will do

• Develop and execute an effective sponsorships and partnerships strategy, aligned with the companys overall business goals. This includes setting sales targets and identifying growth opportunities
• Identify new sponsors and partners, reach out to them, nurture relationships and bring them to fruition
• Pitch sponsorship opportunities, events and partnerships to various companies from all industries
• Identify collaboration opportunities between our clubs and other businesses
• Own relationships with all sponsors and partners
• Manage P&L of the whole partnerships and events department
• Work with the other departments in the clubs to l to ensure smooth execution on agreed partnerships

Our requirements

• Experienced sponsorships manager, wanting to build sponsorship organisation from the groun
• 7+ years of experience, with proven, hands‑on experience in managing sponsorships and partnerships in the hospitality industry
• Extensive track record in bringing in new sponsors / partners
• Strong leadership skills and orgsanisational, able to build and grow their team, as well as collaborate effectively with the whole organization
• You have passion for sport and wellness
