Your tasks

• Lead strategic project execution in region and drive adoption and accountability by interpreting global inputs and driving implementation through strategic communications and project management.
• Drive implementation and owns documentation of all operating elements, including go-to-market strategy and Theater POD Model.
• Drive end-to-end semi-annual planning process across the region.
• Own Marketing Playbook adoption, as well as Tech & Reporting roadmap implementation with understanding of the Field Marketer use cases across platforms.
  
• Lead bi-weekly Theater Pods including forecast review to update pipeline forecast (direct + partner) and Regional Activation Plan, producing weekly forecast file with demand and KPI status and % to goal.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, coordinating and representing operational gaps, needs, risks, dependencies and opportunities of the region amongst global and functional marketing teams.
• Roll up business requirements for data and reporting to analytics team.
• Maintains interlock with Virtual demand center leaders to ensure aligned business and operational prioritization.
