Twój zakres obowiązków

Manage and dispatch drivers for all freight types
Communicate effectively with drivers, serving as their primary point of contact
Track and trace loads to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate with Load Planners
Optimize freight assignment for profitability, customer satisfaction, and driver retention
Manage driver KPIs (mileage, home-time, maintenance, safety)
Resolve conflicts and create solutions for drivers

Minimum 2 years of experience in OTR dispatching within the USA logistics industry
Thorough understanding of DOT regulations and hours of service rules
Proficiency in using transportation management software and load boards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of US geography and major transportation routes
Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and practices
