Job Description

Required Experience:

• Knowledge of the marketing, media, and video production market
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service for special projects, event coordination, or TV production
• Good command of English
• Category B driving license
• Ability to express thoughts clearly in spoken and written Polish
• Creativity
• Commitment
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Good work organization

• Stress resilience and ability to work under time pressure
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive support in creating offers and executing non-standard TV (product placement) and digital projects (FB, IG, YT, TT, Player, website)
• Supervision of compliance with product placement rules on set and during post-production
• Preparing project documentation and post-buy reporting
• Internal and external client service, building relationships with clients, agencies, TV and online editorial teams
• Executing the Advertising Office’s budget
• Development of TV and digital products
