Zakres obowiązków...

• Koordynacja i realizacja projektów niestandardowych online
• Przygotowywanie harmonogramów projektów, monitorowanie ich realizacji, raportowanie postępów, przygotowywanie raportów postbuy
• Współpraca z zespołami kreatywnymi, IT, Biurem Reklamy, produkcją, redakcjami, influencami oraz bezpośrednio z klientami i partnerami zewnętrznymi
• Nadzór nad produkcją i publikacją treści online (m.in. txt, landing pagey, materiałów wideo, grafik i animacji)
• Weryfikacja i kontrola jakości materiałów digitalowych
• Współpraca z partnerami technologicznymi oraz agencjami zewnętrznymi
• Udział w opracowywaniu koncepcji kreatywnych i wsparcie zespołu przy tworzeniu ofert dla klientów
• Analiza efektów realizowanych projektów i rekomendowanie usprawnień

Nasze oczekiwania...

• Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w realizacji projektów niestandardowych digtal
• Znajomość trendów w mediach społecznościowych, content marketingu, influencer i reklamie online
• Zdolność analizowania potrzeb klienta i dopasowywania formy realizacji do jego wymagań
• Znajomość wskaźników i narzędzi służących do analizy aktywności na stronach internetowych i social media
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1 lub wyższym

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Coordination and execution of non-standard online projects
• Preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, reporting status, and creating post-buy reports
• Collaboration with creative teams, IT, Advertising Office, production, editorial teams, influencers, as well as direct cooperation with clients and external partners
• Supervision of production and publication of online content (including text, landing pages, video materials, graphics, and animations)
• Verification and quality control of digital materials
• Cooperation with technology partners and external agencies
• Participation in developing creative concepts and supporting the team in preparing client proposals
• Analysis of project performance and recommending improvements

Qualifications & Experience...

• Minimum 3 years of experience in executing non-standard digital projects
• Knowledge of trends in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and online advertising
• Ability to analyze client needs and adapt project execution to their requirements
• Familiarity with metrics and tools for analyzing website and social media activity
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
