The M365 Solution Engineer ensures stable, secure, and future-proof operations, supports business units in adopting efficient solutions, and actively drives the company’s digital transformation.

Administration and optimization of M365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform
Development and maintenance of PowerApps, workflows, and automations
Migration of network drives to SharePoint Online Support and consulting for business units on M365 solutions
Creation of documentation and training materials
Participation in projects related to the Modern Workplace
Evaluation of new Microsoft 365 features and technologies

requirements-expected :

Several years of experience in administration and configuration of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, including user and permission management, security, and governance
Practical experience in developing PowerApps, workflows, and process automations
Experience in or knowledge of data migration (e.g., from network drives or legacy systems to SharePoint Online)
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within M365
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and collaboration tools within the M365 ecosystem
Strong communication and consulting skills to support business users in adopting new tools
Ability to create technical documentation and user training materials
Good command of English (at least B2 level); German is an asset
Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to continuously learn new Microsoft technologies
