Recruitment for

We are recruiting on behalf of our client – one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies providing customer service, technical support, and content moderation services. The company operates in many European markets, including Poland. The contract will be signed directly with the Polish employer.

Your responsibilities

Handling customer inquiries regarding bookings (via email and phone)
Modifying reservations, resolving complaints
Striving to achieve customer satisfaction targets set by managers
Managing inquiries from hosts and guests
Skillfully presenting the best available solutions, making use of the possibilities offered by a community marketplace with millions of users
Creating exceptional experiences that people value and that we are proud of

Employer requirements

German at C1 level
English at a minimum of B2 level
Willingness to work in shifts
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Starting date:
