• oConfigure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
• 2.HR Process Optimization:
• oOptimize and automate HR functions using Oracle HCM.
• oDesign workflows and enhance system functionality to improve HR processes.
• 3.Stakeholder Management and Communication:
• oInteract with stakeholders at all levels, including HR, IT, and executive management.
• oTranslate technical jargon into business language to ensure clear communication.
• 4.Certifications and Continuous Learning:
• oHold relevant Oracle certifications (desirable).
• oCommit to continuous learning and stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Human resource information system (preferable Oracle HCM Cloud)
• Strong background in HR processes and HRIS optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
