The/Q: Senior Quality Control Specialist will report to the Quality Control Manager and support Multimedia Laboratory Kerakoll Poland with quality control and lab testing projects, in accordance with company technical requirements and the guidelines of the laboratory manager and marketing team. The Specialist will conduct tests to ensure that raw materials and finished products consistently meet the required quality and performance standards, following local and EU regulations, and will manage non‑compliance cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control tests for raw materials and semi‑finished products to ensure they meet required chemical compositions and properties.
• Monitor production processes and take corrective action when non‑conformities arise.
• Record test results in SAP, analyze non‑conforming products and prepare reports for technical and sales departments.
• Update quality control procedure documentation for raw materials and finished products as necessary.
• Analyze and process results to improve operational quality control procedures and continuous improvement of finished product delivery processes.
• Commun重庆 with other local Kerakoll quality control departments to share knowledge and best practices.
• Collect samples, maintain and clean laboratoryობაin accordance with internal procedures and EU regulations.
• Submit purchase requestsCards for maintenance services and spare parts for approval by the quality control manager.
• Calibrate equipment according to the calibration schedule and record the results.
• Support line production checks to ensure the quality of semi‑finished and finished products.

Qualifications

• Higher education in material engineering, chemistry or related fields.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar position, and previous experience in a production environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Positive attitude toward change and openness to process improvement.
• Effective planning, prioritising and time‑management skills.
• High level of teamwork and collaboration, including in a project environment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement principles and data analysis is an additional advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP and analytical software (e.g., Minitab) is welcome.
• Fluency in Polish.
• At least A2 level in English (communicative).
