Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę (Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę, FDDS) is a leading nonprofit organization in Poland dedicated to protecting children from abuse, discrimination, and fear, and ensuring their rights and safety.
Position
Specjalista ds. HR miękkiego (Soft HR Specialist) – full-time, office in Warsaw (minimum one day per week from the office). Salary: 8000–9000 zł brutto per month. Employment type: full‑time employment contract (umowa o pracę).
Responsibilities
- Recruitment from A to Z, including direct search and collaboration with managers.
- Onboarding of new employees – designing and implementing integration processes.
- Creation and implementation of training and development strategies via educational, coaching, and integration events.
- Identification of developmental needs, design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
- Organization of employee events (training and integration).
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing insights.
- Documentation and reporting of HR activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Higher education (preferably in HR, psychology, or management).
- Ability to manage projects from needs assessment to evaluation.
- Goal‑oriented, with a focus on organizational needs.
- Team player and self‑motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR tools (ATS, learning platforms, onboarding tools).
