Overview
We are looking for an IT Application Support specialist with Spanish and French languages. The ideal candidate has an IT helpdesk background and knowledge of ticketing tools, ideally ITSM. Work in a hybrid model from the office in Wroclaw, 2 days per week. Salary range for B2B is 80-100 zł net + VAT per hour. Contract of employment also possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT application support in a bilingual environment (Spanish and French).
- Utilize ticketing tools and ITSM processes to manage incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with IT teams and end users to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support hybrid work arrangements from the Wroclaw office (2 days per week).
Qualifications
- Experience in IT helpdesk or IT support roles.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITSM principles.
- Languages: Spanish and French.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Wroclaw.
