WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE ON A TEAM?
Were looking for someone who will lead our multi-channel social media communications and turn our strategic campaigns into measurable brand and lead‑generation results. Your role will be to translate the dynamic language of social media into awareness, engagement, and demand, making the STATSCORE brand shine across global markets.
You’ll be working closely with the Creative Director, Content Team, and Performance Marketing Manager, helping to deliver high‑impact campaigns that support our 2026 goals.
You Will Spend Your Time Mostly On
- Creating, scheduling, and optimizing engaging content
- Planning and coordinating ongoing social media campaigns, tracking results, and optimizing future content
- Supporting paid campaigns and helping boost visibility of key posts and events
Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining the organization’s social media profiles and related projects
- Developing creative, engaging, and high‑conversion social media strategies.
- Delivering consistent content within ongoing campaigns
- Cooperating closely with the SEO Manager, Performance Marketing Specialist, and Content Team to ensure message consistency and performance alignment.
- Managing the day‑to‑day handling of all social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tik‑Tok & WeChat (big advantage)
- Repurposing content from videos, blogs, and PRs into social‑first formats (short clips, carousels, quote visuals).
- Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance across platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, and native ad dashboards.
- Developing new paid and organic campaigns while continuously optimizing them to align with brand awareness and lead‑generation KPIs.
- Understanding the needs of media, iGaming, and tech decision‑makers to tailor the tone and creative direction per campaign.
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Ensuring consistent visual identity and storytelling across all channels in cooperation with the Creative Director.
- Supporting PR amplification (event coverage, partner announcements, and executive quotes).
- Analyze competitor activity
- Monitor social media KPIs
- Collaboration with influencers and external partners
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Over 2–3 years of proven experience managing professional social channels for B2B brands (preferably SaaS, media, or sports data).
- Proven results in building social followings across a variety of channels
- Solid analytical skills – data analysis and interpreting statistics
- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly advertising/branding and customers
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills (visual + written storytelling).
- Knowledge and understanding of social media algorithms
- Project and campaign management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail‑oriented
- Excellent English (C1 minimum)

HOW DO WE WORK?
We work in self‑organizing Scrum teams. Test writing and code refactoring is our daily bread. We are taking care of the technological debt and the quality of the code. We plan our Sprint goals every 2 weeks, and use OKR’s in every quarter planning. We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners). We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice (no dress code).
