Job Title: Claims Handler / Specialist in Claims Settlement

We are seeking a candidate for the position of Claims Handler / Specialist in Claims Settlement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyzing the liability of the Insured and the Insurance Company in relation to the reported claim;
2. Preparing the position of the Insurance Company based on the analysis of the collected material during the claims process;
3. Collaborating with clients and insurance brokers;
4. Cooperating with the Head Office and branches of the Insurance Company regarding claims settled under so-called international programs;
5. Working with external entities supporting the claims settlement process;
6. Participating in the development of existing and creation of new products, processes, and tools.

The role involves handling claims related to general liability insurance, including:

1. Analyzing the liability of the Insured and the Insurance Company concerning the reported claim;
2. Preparing the Insurance Companys position based on the analysis of the collected material during the claims process;
3. Collaborating with clients and insurance brokers;
4. Cooperating with the Head Office and branches of the Insurance Company regarding claims settled under international programs;
5. Working with external entities supporting the claims settlement process;
6. Participating in the development of existing and new products, processes, and tools.

Qualifications:

1. Higher legal education;
2. At least several years of experience in claims settlement related to general liability insurance;
3. Good command of English, both spoken and written;
4. Experience in claims settlement in other lines of business is a plus;
5. Communicative, eager to learn, independent, and enterprising.
