Job Description:
• You are responsible for independently carrying out maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems and installations.
• Independently and in a team, carry out all common work on hydraulic installations at customers premises.
• Paid training & certifications across Europe provided – all travel costs covered.
• The company will invest in your professional education and long-term development.
• You will have opportunities to attend specialized training courses, obtain certifications, and travel to different company locations across Europe to expand your technical knowledge and experience.
• The goal is to develop you into a fully qualified and autonomous Hydraulic Service Technician.
• In the beginning, the employee will work mainly at the workshop in Roosendaal to receive practical training and gain experience with the company’s systems and procedures.
• After this initial training period, the intention is for the technician to work independently from their home location using a company service van, travelling directly to customer sites across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
• The technician will perform on-site maintenance and repairs while remaining in direct contact with the AVT central office for technical support and planning.
• This role offers a high level of independence, responsibility, and autonomy, allowing technicians to organize and manage their own daily work professionally.
• All overtime hours, travel expenses, and additional work-related costs are fully paid by the company.
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of hydraulic installations is a plus but not required.
• Technical education or experience in mechanics.
• Practical and technical insight.
• Completed secondary education in a technical field preferred.
• Valid B driving license.
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency (Dutch or German also possible).
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational skills and cost-conscious approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Starting salary: €2,300/month net, including accommodation, utilities, company private car and health insurance.

• Dutch contract (secondment agreement, 1 year or longer).
